Black Stars winger, Christopher Antwi-Adjei netted his fifth league goal of the season as SC Paderborn humiliated Erzgebirge Aue on Sunday afternoon.
The former Duisburg Youth player was a second half substitute as he came on after 75 minutes to score his team’s seventh goal of their emphatic 8-3 win on the road.
Paderborn went two goals down under five minutes and rallied back from losing position to secure their biggest win in the 2020-21 Bundesliga 2 campaign.
Paderborn, after going two behind in four minutes, came back stronger after falling behind to end the first half in a 4-2 lead.
The home team scored one more goal in the second half but the visitors hit four again in the second half to return with an impressive and commanding victory.
Antwi-Adjei took three minutes after his introduction to the match to register his name on the score sheet before Chadrac Akolo scored to make it 8-3 at the end of the game.
The 27-year-old versatile forward has now scored four goals and assisted once in 29 outings this season for the Blue and Blacks.
