Ghana’s forward Felix’s Afena Ohene-Gyan has suffered relegation from the Italy Serie A with his club, U. S. Cremonese over the weekend.

The attacker moved to the club after excelling at José Mourinho’s AS Roma in the 2021-22 season in the Italy top-flight league for the Rossoneries.

He was part of the team that won the UEFA Europa Conference League for the Red and Yellow outfits when they downed Feyenoord in the final.

He left Roma for Cremonese but in the end, Cremonese got relegated and perhaps the Serie B might be friendlier to the Ghanaian who failed to score a single goal for the club in 815 minutes.

He was instrumental for the Black Stars team in the 2022 World Cup playoffs against the Super Eagles of Nigeria in both legs as Ghana secured qualification to play at the World Cup four a fourth time.
