Ghanaian forward, Caleb Ekuban has helped his team Trabzonspor secure a place in next season’s UEFA Europa League after finishing fourth on the league table in the Turkish Super Lig.
The Ghanaian forward played a pivotal role in Trabzonspor’s season as he scored important goals in the season to make it possible for him and his team qualify for Europe next campaign.
The Ghanaian international played 32 matches in the Turkish Super Lig this season despite injuries and bagged 10 goals with four assists to his name.
Ekuban’s impact was great this season as he became the club’s second top scorer with just three goals behind Anastasios Bakatesas who notched 13 goals this campaign.
Trabzonspor will be involved in the 2021-22 UEFA Europa League qualifiers for a place in the group stage of the competition.
