British-born Ghanaian striker Dan Agyei starred as his side Oxford United beat Portsmouth 5-4 on penalties after a crucial 2-2 draw on aggregate in the semi-final of the League One play-off.
The game failed to produce a winner after a 210 minutes thrilling and entertaining football.
The semi-final play-off important fixture ended 1-1 on aggregate at the Kassam Stadium and had to be decided via penalty shootouts.
Agyei was introduced on the 86th minute as replacement for Mark Sykes.
Oxford United will thus face at either Fleetwood or Wycombe at the Wembley Stadium on 13 July, 2020.
Agyei has scored three goals with an assist in his 22 appearances for Oxford United in all competitions.
The 23-year-old forward joined Oxford United on a three-year deal from Premier League side Burnley last summer.
Born to Ghanaian parents in UK, Agywi is eligible to represent Ghana at the international level.
