Ghana’s Edwin Gyimah is facing possible charges of ill-discipline at Leopards after walking off the pitch during the league match against Mamelodi Sundowns this past season.
Lidoda Duvha are yet to confirm the date for the Ghanaian defender’s meeting with the club’s disciplinary committee.
According to an official at Leopards, the club is still finalising the charge sheet and Gyimah is expected to face the DC soon.
“Gyimah still has an outstanding case of discipline that the club is still to attend,” the official tells KickOff.com.
“He won’t play or move to another club until hauled before the club DC. He still has a contract with the club and cannot go for free.”
Gyimah is no stranger to controversy having been the subject of an infamous bust-up with former Orlando Pirates coach Muhsin Ertugral a few years ago.
Meanwhile, Lidoda Duvha have lost the services of defender Khuliso Mudau to Mamelodi Sundown.
