Ghanaian international midfielder, Alfred Duncan scored for ACF Fiorentina in the Italian Serie A on Saturday evening against AC Milan at home.
The 28-year-old Ghanaian box-to-box midfielder broke the deadlock of the match to put the hosts 1-0 up after 15 minutes after tapping in from close range following a goalkeeping error.
Duncan’s pinpoint pass from the middle of the field into the path of Dusan Vlahovic was perfectly converted by the Serbian forward to make it 3-0 on the hour mark.
Vlahovic provided Riccardo Saporana the assist to score Violas second on the stroke of half time.
After Milan went down by 3-0 in the second half, 40-year+old Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored twice to reduce the deficit to one.
Theo Hanandez made an unpardonable mistake and Vlahovic pounced to make it four for the home team before Ibrahimovic’s late header came off Lorenzo Venuti to make the final score 4-3.
Duncan has a goal and assist in 11 matches this season in the Italy Serie A.
