Berekum Chelsea head coach Seth Hoffman, has made a passionate appeal to club administrators in Ghana to have faith in local coaches.
The appetite for white trainers keeps growing in the Ghanaian domestic league though few of such gaffers deliver when hired.
Hoffman who kicked Asante Kotoko out of the FA Cup last Sunday with the Berekum-based club wants club owners/ administrators to equally trust and also have faith in local coaches.
“Kotoko is a big club and I respect them so much. I have faced them with clubs like Heart Of Lions, Wa All Stars, Great Olympics and now with Berekum Chelsea,” told Hello FM.

“Dreams came to Berekum with a white trainer and I stopped them when they had gone about 7 matches unbeaten.
“So we’re still working. The teams should believe that we can do it, and they should give us time too.
“They should grant us the same time they give to the White coaches and motivate us. That’s all.
“The Ghanaian coaches are capable of winning trophies. Clearly, the season was for Samuel Boadu,” he concluded.
