Currently, K’Ogalo sit atop the league table, six points clear of rivals AFC Leopards, demonstrating strong form under Akonnor’s leadership.
Motivated by last season’s second-place finish, the coach is determined to restore Gor Mahia’s dominance in Kenyan football.
“We’re going well and targeting the league title and the FA Cup,” Akonnor said, emphasizing the team’s ambition and focus for the remainder of the campaign.
