Accra Hearts of Oak are likely to face Ashanti Gold SC on Sunday in their Ghana Premier League week 2 fixture without defender Inusah Musah and tormentor Patrick Razak.
The duo are likely to miss the crunchy match against the Miners because of injuries according to Public Relations Officer of the club, Opare Addo.
The pair have been out with injuries and are set to miss the game against Ashantigold, with a period of two weeks set for their recovery.
The two stars missed the Phobians opener against newly promoted side Eleven Wonders last Sunday.
“Both Inusah Musah and Patrick Razak were ruled out of Hearts of Oak game against XI Wonders due to injuries. They were given two (2) weeks by the team doctor to recover from the injury,” Opare Addo told Aseda FM.
“We are not sure of their availability for the AshGold game on Sunday but if they become fit for the game we will thank God,” he added.
The Accra based side will be playing their first home game on Sunday at the Cape Coast Stadium against Ashanti Gold SC and that Opare Addo has called on the fans to come out in numbers to support the club at their adopted home, the Cape Coast Stadium.
“We are appealing to our teaming supporters to come in their numbers on Sunday to cheer the team up in our home game against AshGold at Cape Coast.”
Accra Hearts of Oak before the commencement of the 2017/2018 season chose the Cape Coast Stadium for their home games following the renovation of the Accra Sports Stadium.
