Accra Great Olympics youngster Samuel Ashie Quaye has been extended a late invite to the national team ahead of the 2022 World Cup qualifiers against South Africa and Ethiopia.
The right-back had a good season with the Dade Boys in the just ended 2020/21 Ghana Premier League and was arguably one of Olympics top performers.
The player gets into the team following Tariqe Fosu and Bensong Annan being unable to join the national team for next month’s games.
