French-born Ghanaian international Grejohn Kyei was on target in the Swiss Super League on Sunday as his side draw 2-2 to FC Basel at home.
The former RC Lens attacker scored on scored the game’s opening goal just nine minutes after kick off to put the home team 1-0 up to settle the nerves.
10 minutes later, the Swiss giants equalised to make it it 1 – 1 just before half way through with Samuele Ocampo’s spot kick.
The Ghana International was substituted after the half hour mark due to an injury and was replaced by Ivorian midfielder Koro Kone.
The host scored again in the second half but failed to hold onto their lead and allowed the visitors to level matters again two minutes after the hour mark.
Kyei has scored four goals and has provided three assists for Le Grenats this campaign.
