Reagy Baah Ofosu, a former winger for Hamburg, has expressed his preference to represent Ghana instead of Germany.

Born in Hamburg, Baah Ofosu clearly stated his desire to play for his motherland during an interview with Asempa FM.

Despite his time spent away from Ghana, the 31-year-old remains committed to wearing the national team jersey and representing the West African country.

“If I had the opportunity to choose between Ghana and Germany, I would opt to represent my motherland,” affirmed Baah Ofosu.

During his recent stint with Saudi Arabian club Ohod Al-Medina in the second half of the 2022/23 season, Baah Ofosu showcased his skills.

He contributed one goal and three assists in the league and completed an impressive 134 dribbles in the Saudi second-tier league.

According to InStat data, Baah Ofosu maintained a 76% passing success rate and recorded 11 shots on target out of 22 attempts.

Throughout his football journey, which included spells at clubs such as FC Ingolstadt 04, Chemnitzer FC, Spartak Trnava, and Bursaspor, Baah Ofosu has gained valuable experience that has shaped his career.
