Jesper Jansson believes the signing of the Ghanaian youngster would help put his side in good shape.
“We have followed” Rooney “for more than two years, especially through boss scout Mikael Hjelmberg. The player has really met our expectations and got the development we hoped during this time,” Jesper Jansson told the Club’s website hammarbyfotboll.se.
“This feels like a confirmation of the way we work, and that our cooperation with Inter Allies is fruitful.”
