The veteran striker has become the first player to score for different clubs in the Ghana Premier League this season.
Kwofie – who was the league’s top scorer in the 2017 season on 17 goals – is currently on 8 goals this season.
Five of those were scored for Ashantigold whilst three goals have been registered for new club Legon Cities.
Hans Kwofie is also the second joint leading goalscorer of the country’s top-flight on 8 goals.
After making the move to Cities he did not need more than a game to start firing the goals as he netted on his debut against Bechem United a the Ansu Gyeabour Park and followed it up with a brace in his second appearance against Elmina Sharks.
