Ghanaian forward Jonah Osabutey has completed his move to Belgium Jupiler Pro League side KV Kortrijk on Tuesday evening.
He becomes the fourth Ghanaian after Bennard Kumordzi and Asiedu Attobrah and as well as Eric Ocansey who will be his team mate.
During his time at Mouscron , Jonah had a strong season, scoring 5 goals, providing 4 assists and being named Player of the Season .
He is a forward who can play in multiple systems. “It fits well in a 4-4-2 but can also handle other systems,” said sporting director Rik Foulon. “He has good running lines, bounces well and has enormous power when losing the ball.”
Quite a few clubs lined up to be able to rent him again at Werder Bremen in the summer of 2020.
The Ghanaian signed a two year contract with the club with another two year renewal option.
