Newly unveiled Accra Hearts of Oak head coach, Mas-Ud Didi Dramani, has made a strong statement of intent as he begins his tenure with the Phobians, stressing the need for consistency, structural development, and technical growth within the club.
Speaking at the official unveiling of the Hearts of Oak technical team, Dramani remarked:
“It is our responsibility to maintain that consistency and continually improve structures, with particular focus on implementing comprehensive technical programmes that will enhance both individual players and the team as a whole.”
This statement sets the tone for what fans and stakeholders can expect under his leadership—a forward-looking, well-structured football project built on discipline, development, and long-term success.
A firm believer in youth development and system integration, Dramani had earlier noted that, “Our goal is to establish vertical integration of youth players into the senior team.” The combined message reflects a holistic approach where the club will not only focus on winning now, but also on nurturing talent and building a lasting identity.
The unveiling event marked the beginning of a new era for Hearts of Oak, a club with a proud legacy but one that has struggled in recent years to find stability. With Dramani at the helm, the club is expected to place greater emphasis on technical planning, structured training, and player development from the youth level up.
Having served as a coach at various national team levels and with a reputation for tactical discipline and team-building, Dramani’s appointment is seen as a strategic move to restore Hearts to its former glory—one deliberate step at a time.
As the 2025/26 season approaches, all eyes will be on how quickly his technical programmes take shape and whether his vision can reignite the spirit of the rainbow club.
