Accra Hearts of Oak have reached an agreement with Lativar FC for the loan deal of midfielder, Mohammed Arafat Alhassan.
Arafat Alhassan joins the Sao Tome and Principe club ahead of the 2023/2024 football season.
This will be the 18-year-old’s second successive loan spells as he continues his development as a player.
