Public Relation Officer (PRO) of Hearts of Oak, Opare Addo has confirmed that the Ghana Premier League giants have paid players their four months outstanding salaries.
The Accra based side was reportedly owning their players four months salaries and some other bonuses.
The former African champions have finally settled the four months salaries owed the players according to the club spokesperson .
“Togbe Afede XIV has paid the salaries owed the players, the money will reflect in the players’ account on Tuesday,” Opare Addo told Asempa FM.
“We are must be grateful to the Board Chairman for recuing the club in search difficult situation.”
Hearts of Oak this Wednesday at the Accra Sports Stadium will host in-form Ashanti Gold on match day 20 of the ongoing campaign.
