Charles Kwadwo Ntim’s Techiman City filed for court injunction against the GFA Congress of September 1st, 2020 and one of the reasons they cited was that the GFA had failed to respect the Company’s Act 157 that mandates the GFA to present audited financial accounts to its members but the application for injunction would not succeed.
