English-born Ghanaian enforcer Hiram Boateng says he is enjoying his loan spell at League 2 side Cambridge United.
The 25-year-old central midfielder is on loan from MK Dons and has been instrumental as Cambridge sits second on the fourth-tier league log.
Boateng mentioned that things are going on well for him and he has the maximum support of the technical staff.
“The club’s been brilliant with me,” the midfielder told Cambridge News
“I think as a player, you go through so many stages in your career, but there’s nothing that beats when a manager, club and players all have belief in you to do well.”
“I think, myself and other players included, have shown that on the pitch, that we’re kind of repaid the belief that the staff and the manager has put in us.”
“To be honest, I’ve really been enjoying my football. It’s definitely a place I’ve been comfortable in, and I’ve been able to settle in so easy into the squad, which is testament to them. I’ve loved my time here.” He added.
Boateng has played 21 league games for Cambridge United so far this season providing two assists.
