Ghana’s darling boy Daniel Kofi Kyereh left the Black Stars team ahead of the 2022 Kirin Four Nations Tournament in Japan this weekend, Ghana Football Association Communications Director Henry Twum Asante has announced.

According to the Ghana Football Association spokesperson, the German based Ghanaian football received numerous calls from his agent.

He said the technical team accepted to allow the player to leave camp as his agent kept calling him even before the team played Madagascar and Central Africa Republic.

“Daniel Kofi Kyereh was getting calls from his agent even when the Black Stars team was in Cape Coast.”

“The agent contacted the technical team and they decided to let him go to sort his transfer move out”, he told Oyerepa FM in Kumasi.

Kyereh is a top transfer target for some German Bundesliga teams including Werder Bremen, FC Köln and Borussia Münchengladbach.
