Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko Goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi says he joined Medeama SC to be active ahead of the start of the new soccer season.
The Mauve’s and Yellow on Friday announced that the former Black Satellites shot stopper officially penned down a deal with the Tarkwa and Aboso based side after being deemed surplus to requirement by the Porcupine Warriors.
“I will say some of these things happen in football and I must say I have never regretted joining Kotoko but in life you always have to move on so that’s why I opted to move”.
“I want to be active because I am still a very young goalkeeper and I have a lot to offer my new club and my country” he told Sportsworldghana.com
The former Amidaus Professionals Goalkeeper had offers from several clubs but opted to join medeama SC after failing to command regular playing time.
