Former Black Stars Coach Kwasi Appiah says he count himself lucky to have seen off his two year deal with the Ghana football Association.
Appiah’s contract with the FA was not renewed after making a comeback in 2017.
Despite issues surrounding his unpaid salaries by the FA, the former Al Watani trainer says he is thankful to God for even seeing him through his entire deal with the FA since some coaches are kicked out few days, weeks and months into their deals.
“The thing is that my contract ended and once your contract ends, it’s up to the management to decide whether you stay or not” he told Starr Sports
“You know as a coach, you should even thank your God that you were able to finish your contract because most coaches one or two games you lose, and you are out “Appiah concluded.
