Hearts of Oak were held to a 1-1 drawn game at the Cape Coast stadium on Sunday night during Week 32 of the Ghana Premier League and head coach of the Phobians Samuel Boadu says he is unhappy with the result and performance of his players.
“I am not happy with the performance of my boys. They underrated Dwarfs but that should not happen” Boadu said after the game.
Obeng Kwadwo Jnr needed to score a 93rd minute equalizer for the visitors – who are now unbeaten in 12 games in all competitions – after Dwarfs had taken the lead in the 83rd through skipper Dennis Korsah.
“The relegation teams are very difficult to play against and so I didn’t expect my players to underestimate them and you saw how the game was” Samuel Boadu lamented.
Hearts of Oak lead the league table with 60 points after 32 games as second-placed Asante Kotoko remain on 57 after same number of games following their 1-1 draw against King Faisal.
