Accra Hearts of Oak head coach, Kosta Papic has revealed that he is always ready to face pressure from the fans and has prepared for such situations when it happens.
According to the Serbian gaffer, coaching big clubs comes with a lot of pressure and for that matter, he has personally psyched himself up for any pressure that comes with handling a big club.
“Being a head coach of a club like Accra Hearts of Oak comes with a lot of responsibilities and pressure but I am ever ready to manage teams under pressure”, he told the Press.
The Hearts of Oak manager admitted that working with a team with over millions of supporters is not an easy task but also said that’s what makes you a good coach if you’re able to go through the pressure at big clubs and comes with success.
“As I said before, coaching is not for the faint-hearted, and being able to coach big clubs makes you a good manager and could handle any club in the world”, he added.
On the other hand, the struggling Phobians coach was optimistic about turning things around at the club by the end of the 2020-21 Ghana Premier League season.
“I am very confident things will change for the better at Hearts of Oak and I strongly believe we will achieve greatness at the end of the season if we stick together as a team and go about our responsibilities as an individual”, he concluded.
