Ghana attacker, Asumah Abubakar-Ankrah scored a brace for SC Kriens in their 5-2 thumping of Grasshopper on Tuesday evening.
The Ghanaian scored twice for his side to stretch their lead to three to help them secure a 5-2 home win to go third on the league log.
Bahadir Yesilcayir gave the hosts the lead on the 21st minute before Nuno Piña grabbed the equalizer for the visitors on the stroke of half time.
Four minutes from recess, Liridon Mulaj restored the home team’s lead before Abubakar-Ankrah added the third after 56 minutes.
Toti Gomes scored for the away team to make the score 3-2 inside 59 minutes but Yesilcayir restored the hosts two goals lead on the 72nd minute.
The 23-year-old predator finisher grabbed his goal on the 75th minute to make it 5-2 as his side secured an emphatic win at home to record their third win in five games this season.
The Ghanaian has five goals in five games this season with three assists for SC Kriens.
