Ghana’s legend Anthony Yeboah’s nephew Kelvin Yeboah all smiles with Italy U-21 team after snubbing Ghana for the European giants.
The 21-year-old attacker turned down Ghana’s invitation to play for the four-time AFCON champions only to be included in the Italian youth team.
Despite being a nephew of one of the greatest striker in Ghana’s football his, the Austrian based forward did not hesitate to choose Italy over his country of origin.
The new prodigy is now part of the Italian U-21 as they prepare to face minos Luxembourg in the UEFA U-21 championship qualifiers on Friday.
He looked very happy during the team’s press conference after getting his first call-up to play for the junior Azzures.
Yeboah is in a form of his life and has bagged five (5) goals and two assists in all competitions in just six games this season for Sturm Graz in Austria.
