In-form Ghanaian forward Raymond Gyasi scores in FK Haugesund- Stabaek 2-2 Stalemate

Ghanaian winger Raymond Gyasi scores in Stabaek 3-0 win over Aalesund FK in Norwegian Cup Match

Ghanaian winger Raymond Gyasi was again on target for Stabaek in their away 2-2 draw against FK Haugesund in the Norwegian Eliteserien League on Sunday night.

The Dutch-born Ghanaian forward’s goal was all that Stabaek needed to pick a vital point in their crucial away match at the Haugesund Stadion.

Somalian forward Liban Abdi shot the host in front just nine minutes into the game.

FK Haugesund kept tormenting Stabeak in their bid to put more goals at the back of their net.

Norwegian forward Tor Arne Andreassen increased his side’s tally to two five minutes before break.

Stabaek looked the better side back from recess when they started attacking more and dispossessing their opponent’s attack.

Their impressive performance got them consolation goal as Ohi Anthony Omoijuanfo hit the back of the net in the 64th minute.

Three minutes later, Gyasi fooled FK Haugesund defense when he excellently headed in a fine cross from
Ohi Anthony Omoijuanfo to level things up for Stabaek to the shock of the home fans who thought they had clinched all three points in the epic match.

The former Ghana U23 star powered Stabaek the Norwegian NM cup quarterfinals when they walloped Aalesund FK 3-0 on Thursday.

Gyasi has been outstanding for Stabaek since joining them last season from Roda JC in the Dutch Eredivisie.

Stabaek currently sit 7th position on the log with 26 points and Nineteen games.

Meanwhile his senior Edwin Gyasi was in full action for Aalesund as they drew 1-1 at home with Viking
