Ghana forward Ishmael Yartey continued his master-class form by scoring a cracker for KPV Kokkola in their 2-1 loss to Inter Turku in the Finnish Veikkausliiga on Friday evening.
The 29-year-old twisted and turned his marker in before unleashing a powerful cracker into the top roof corner of the net on the 80th minute mark at the Veritas Stadion.
Yartey saw his KPV side fell behind when Timo Furuholm raced the hosts into a 4th minute lead.
Both sides failed to score until the former Benfica man took matters into his own hands by scoring a trademark stunning strike to level the deficit for the visitors.
KPV however surrendered their lead and succumbed to a 2-1 loss after the hosts scored 3 minutes from the end of the game.
Yartey, a former Ghana U17 and U20 player, has been in a great shape and has scored four goals in his last five games for the side he joined this summer.
He has picked two Most Valuable Player of the match awards in 5 games.
