Former Black Stars coach Charles Kwablah Akonnor says it was a good thing current coach Otto Addo acknowledged the work he did for the Black Stars team.
According to him they are colleagues and they all wish and want the best for themselves as coaches.
“It was a good thing for Otto Addo to acknowledge the good work I did at Black Stars”, he told Abusua FM.
“We are colleagues and always want the best for each other”, the former Black Stars coach CK Akonnor added.
The former Black Stars captain qualified Ghana for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations tournament before he was sacked and replaced by coach Milovan Rajevac.
Otto Addo was brought in as Ghana’s coach after Rajevac failed woefully and guided the Black Stars to qualify for Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament.
