Daniel Kofi Kyereh says it is a proud moment for him to be called by CK Akonnor to play for Ghana’s senior national team.
The excited young attacker stated how honored he feels to be donning the jersey of the four-time AFCON winners for the first time in his career.
“I am very proud and honoured to be part of the national team,” wrote Kyereh on social media as he captioned photos of himself in national colours.
The 24-year-old versatile forward played for Germany Bundesliga 2 FC St Pauli where he’s one of the most important players for the club.
This season, the Ghanaian was a top transfer target for top clubs across Europe, especially teams in the Bundesliga.
Kyere has a goal and three assists in five appearances this season in the German Bundesliga 2 for his club.
The youngster could make his debut tomorrow, Friday, September 3 when Ghana comes up against Ethiopia.
