Ghanaian international striker Joel Fameyeh scored again in Russia as Orenburg pip Spartak Moscow II in the Russian First National League at home.
The Ghanaian international forward grabbed his side’s second and decisive goal as they beat the Red and Whites 2-1 to stretch their lead at the top of the league table with 34 points from 15 matches.
Fameyeh perfectly converted a 67th minute penalty to help his side regain the lead after the visitors restored parity in the second period of the match.
The former Asokwa Deportivo SC striker played full throttle for the Blue and Whites team.
The 24-year-old Ghana striker has found the back of the net 9 times in 10 games this season in Russia and has been invited by Black Stars coach Milovan Rajevac for the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Zimbabwe next week.
