Jordan Ayew is one of the most energetic Ghanaian footballers particularly those in the Premier League and he said he owes it to good rest.
The Crystal Palace striker said he spends enough time in bed resting and that is why he is able to run a lot in football games without being tired.
Asked about the secret to his energy by the Crystal Palace media team, Jordan Ayew said “I rest a lot that’s why I run a lot”.
