Berekum Chelsea midfielder Jordan Opoku has set his sight firmly fixed on coaching after he retires from competitive football.
The veteran playmaker admits he has a couple of years left to feature and Berekum Chelsea will not be his last club before he enters coaching.
I don’t think I’ll end my career at Berekum Chelsea. Possibly, I’ll move elsewhere before I retire.” Opoku told Ashaiman TV
” I want to move into coaching after my playing career. I think I have something in me which I can give to the next generation. Pep and Didi Dramani are the two coaches who inspire me. I want to reach Pep’s height in coaching. I admire Klopp too”
Opoku, 37, is by far the most talented player of his generation. He has featured for several clubs home and abroad namely Feyenoord Ghana (WAFA) Feyenoord Rotterdam, Excelsoir, Royal Antwerp, Kotoko nd Berekum Chelsea.
