Former Hearts of Oak striker, Joseph Esso is on the verge of crossing roads to join rivals Asante Kotoko.
Reports reaching SPORTSworldGhana.com from the camp of the player indicates that the player’s move to the Kumasi-based club Asante Kotoko is imminent.
Esso left the Phobians this season after failing to reach an agreement with the club for a contract renewal agreement due to the differences in valuation of signing on fee.
Hearts of Oak supporters made an attempt to make the player return to the club but all proved futile as the player swerved the fans ahead of his potential move to Kotoko.
Esso has been with Hearts of Oak since 2017 after joining from Cape Coast mysterious Ebusua Dwarfs and is expected to be in Kumasi in the next few weeks to sign his contract with Asante Kotoko.
