Accra Hearts of Oak legend, Bernard Don Bortey has waded in to the chances of the capital-based club on their chances of winning the league after more than a decade.
During a team visit to the their training session, the ex-Black Stars winger opined that all the Phobians need to do is just to win seven of their remaining games to break their trophyless jinx.
“with the 9 games remaining they should win seven and even draw two of the games, if they win the game against Kotoko they have won the league” Don Bortey stated in an interview monitored on GTV Sports plus when he spoke to Hearts TV.
Accra Hearts of Oak are currently top of the league log after 1761 days. The Phobians have been very impressive since coach Samuel Boadu took charge winning 7 games in the process.
Berekum Chelsea are next in line to face the dreaded Phobians at the Ohene Djan Sports Stadium. The first leg between the two sides eneded in a goaless drawn game.
