Ghanaian midfielder Ransford Selasi has been released by Serie A giants Juventus after only one season, Kickgh.com reports.

Selasi joined the Bianconeri from Pescara on a free transfer during the last summer transfer window.

He was drafted into the U23 side, where he made four appearances in the Italian Serie C before his loan move to FC Lugano during the winter transfer window.

At the Swizz Super League FC side, he featured in only four games.

The 23-year-old has previously played for Pescara, Novara, AJ Fano, and US Lecce.

Selasi is yet to represent either Ghana or Italy at any level.
