Highly-rated Ghanaian youngster, Kamaldeen Sulemana was twice on the scoresheet for Stade Rennais, who beat Clermont Foot 63 on Wednesday night.
The youngster scored in quick succession to extend his side’s lead as they thumped Clermont at home by six goals to nothing.
Kamaldeen played 78 minutes for his side in midweek as they bounced back to winning ways after a run of four without a win across all competitions.
The 19-year-old scored in the 55th and 57th minutes respectively to score his side’s third and fourth in a routine win over Clermont.
The Ghanaian has been instrumental for Rennais since joining the club in the summer and is expected to play a bigger role in their season.
Kamaldeen Sulemana has three goals in seven league appearances for Rennais in the 2021/22 Ligue 1 season.
