Karela United midfielder Umar Bashiru won the Man-of-the-Match award after his side’s goalless drawn game against Legon Cities on Thursday afternoon.
Bashiru, again was at his quality best as he dominated the midfield with incredible passes and ball distribution.
The Ghana Premier League week twelve clash between Legon Cities FC and league leaders Karela United FC ended goalless at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The clash between the two teams was full of fireworks and entertaining stuff but failed to produce a single goal as it finished without a goal and both teams settled for a point each.
The second 45 minutes of the match was not any different from the opening half as the action-packed match disappointingly ended in a goalless stalemate.
The visitors remain top of the league table with 22 points from twelve games and will play Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC on Sunday at the CAM Park in Anyinase at 3pm.
Legon Cities FC on the other hand has 13 points from twelve matches and will battle Hearts of Oak in their next game in Accra.
