Ghana defender, Kasim Nuhu Adams says the Black Stars can only win the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations [Afcon] with a consistent team.
Ghana haven’t won any major since 1982 despite being three-time finalists in 1992, 2010 and 2015.
Following the re-appointment of Milovan Rajevac on a one-year renewable contract, the Ghana Football Association has tasked the Serbian to end the country’s 39 years trophy drought.
However, the Hoffenheim defender believes the country will be able to win the Afcon trophy with a consistent team.
“Black Stars is capable of winning the AFCON but must have a consistent team,” he said in an interview.
Ghana are in Group C alongside Comoros, Gabon and Morocco.
The 2021 Africa Cup of Nations will be hosted in Cameroon next year from January to February.
