Andre Ayew- captain of the senior national team of Ghana- Black Stars, has advised the new Black Stars players to keep pushing and never give up as they wear the national colours.
Ayew led the Black Stars to play two international friendlies against Mali and Qatar as the team prepares for the 2021 African Cup of Nations qualifier double-header clash against Sudan.
CK Akonnor’s side loss shambolically to Mali and responded with a convincing victory against Asian giants Qatar.
Alexander Djiku, Benson Annan, Yakubu Mohammed, Tariqe Fosu, Razak Abalora, Enmanuel Lomotey and Eugene Ansah were all handed their Black Stars debut games in the two friendlies and the Swansea City vice-captain has encouraged them to keep believing in themselves.
”Always an honor to represent my country Lots to learn from [SIC the both games]. after a difficult 1st game, the reaction in the 2nd game was great. We will be ready for next month inshallah. Congrats to the new boys for having their 1st cap..keep believing and never give up!,” Ayew tweeted.

Ayew scored two goals in his side’s 5-1 mauling of Qatar on Monday in Antalya- Turkey.
