Division One League Zone Three side owned by Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC Chief Executive Officer Nana Yaw Amponsah, Phar Rangers have resolved to withdraw from all GFA competitions including Division One League with immediate effect.
The club announced that the GFA should consider the club defunct henceforth and for that matter will not be honoring their subsequent games left to play in the season.
The Eastern Region based club are lying on the 14th position on the league table after 21 matches in Zone Three and looks more likely to be relegated after the season.

The team on Monday, June 7, 2021 confirmed their decision to quit Ghana Football.
The club’s official statement reads “The management and Directors of Phar Rangers have resolved to withdraw from all GFA competitions including Division One Zone 3 League and the FA Cup with immediate effect,”
“Consider the club defunct henceforth.”
