Kotoko: Frederick Asare’s demands were too high – Sarfo Duku

Former Communications Director of Asante Kotoko, Sarfo Duku Esq, has revealed that goalkeeper Frederick Asare left the club after contract renewal talks broke down due to his high demands.

Speaking on Akoma 87.9 FM, Sarfo Duku stated that the financial expectations of the player were outrageous from the club’s point of view.

As a result, Asare chose not to extend or renew his contract with the Porcupine Warriors.

“His demand was outrageous for us, hence he opted not to renew or extend his contract,” he said.
