According to reports, Asante Kotoko management have officially opened discussions with a former coach of Medeama SC and Hearts of Oak SC, Samuel Boadu as they search for a new head coach.

The Porcupine Warriors are keen to fill the vacant technical role following recent changes in their dugout. Club officials have reportedly begun formal engagement with the experienced tactician, who previously handled both Medeama and Hearts of Oak in the Ghana Premier League.

Sources close to the club indicate that Kotoko’s hierarchy believes the coach’s familiarity with the local league and experience with top-flight clubs could be crucial as they aim to rebuild and compete strongly in the upcoming season.

Talks are said to be ongoing, with management carefully assessing their options before making a final decision. Supporters are eagerly awaiting confirmation as the club works to appoint a new leader to steer the team forward.
