Asante Kotoko has offered their congratulatory message to their goalkeeper Ibrahim Danlad for winning the CAF U20 Africa Cup of Nations with the Black Satellites.
Danlad was voted Best goalkeeper of the tournament by CAF.
Ghana defeated Uganda by 2-0 on Saturday night with a brace from Hearts of Oak winger Afriyie Barnie and goalkeeper Danlad was in action as the first-choice keeper throughout the tournament.
“CONGRATULATIONS to @danlad_ibrahim for guiding the Black Satellites Flag of Ghana to the 2021 AFCON U20 title in Mauritania” the club tweeted minutes after the final whistle.

The future of the talented youngster is still not certain with the Porcupine Warriors due to the serious competition in the goalkeeping department as the likes of Felix Annan and Kwame Baah are currently back ups to Razak Abalora.
