Vice Chairman of the MTN FA Cup Committee Kofi Poku has confirmed that his outfit has moved the MTN FA Cup quarter finals game between Kotoko and NEA Salamina to second week in August.
This decision follows the Porcupine Warriors request to be excused from this Sunday’s game as their players have not psychologically and physically recovered from the accident they encountered after their match-day 22 game against Inter Allies.
Kofi Poku says his outfit has agreed to their request.
“They’ve been excused from this weekend’s games and we’re hoping that in the second week of August, they will play their match.
“We have to look at the date of the PLB and know the exact date we can fix for them,” he told Starr Sports
