Kumasi Asante Kotoko Captain Amos Frimpong has been ruled out for four to five weeks due to injury.
The though-tackling defender picked up an arm injury during their Ghana Premier League Match day-one fixture against Liberty Professionals.
According to the 28-year-old, he will be out of action for four to five weeks per the result of the scan conducted at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.
“Yes per the scan i will be out for four weeks ,” Amos told Nhyira FM.
“I need prayers from the fans to make a quick return to the field”.
The porcupine club have been hit by injuries as Amos joins ,Frank Sarfo Gyamfi and Evans Quao in the treatment room.
