Ghana striker Kwabena Owusu scored his first goal for Qarabag FK in the UEFA Europa League on Thursday night.
Qarabag FK suffered a 3-1 home defeat to Spanish side Villarreal at the Tofiq Bakhramov Stadium.
The 23-year-old netted the opener for Qarabag FK with a fine finish on the 78th minute of the game.
However, Paco Alcacer scored a brace with Yeremi Pino adding one to power Villarreal to a sweet 3-1 away victory over Qarabag FK.
The Ghanaian international was meanwhile, replaced by Tural Bayramov on the 89th minute of the game.
Owusu has scored three (3) goals in his 8 appearances for Qarabag FK this campaign.
