Ghana striker Kwesi Appiah netted his first goal of the season for AFC Wimbledon who were beaten 2-1 by Fleetwood Town in the English League 1 on Saturday.
AFC Wimbledon failed to build on Kwesi Appiah’s first-half opener with Fleetwood coming from behind to take all three points.
The Ghanaian struck on the 25th minute to power his side in front before his goal was cancelled by Patrick Madden in the 56th minute.
Appiah scored on the 8th minute mark but his header super header was ruled out for offside.
Fleetwood Town again struck on the 65th minute through Josh Morris, whose cross found the back of the net past Tzanev.
Meanwhile, Ghanaian striker Micheal Folivi lasted 85 minutes on the pitch after being replaced by Mitchell Pinnock.
