Kylian Mbappé leads the list of La Liga’s highest-paid players for the 2025–26 season, earning a staggering €31.25 million annually at Real Madrid, which equates to €600,962 per week, according to reports by AS.

Real Madrid dominate the salary rankings, with multiple stars earning seven-figure weekly wages. Goalkeeper Jan Oblak of Atlético Madrid also earns the same weekly amount, making him one of the top five earners in the league.

Barcelona, meanwhile, have several players in the top earners list, led by Robert Lewandowski, who takes home €400,577 per week (€20.83 million annually). Frenkie de Jong ranks seventh with a weekly salary of €365,385 (€19 million per year), followed by Raphinha at €320,577 weekly (€16.67 million annually). Young star Lamine Yamal also earns €320,577 per week, highlighting Barcelona’s investment in emerging talent.

Other notable names among the top earners include Trent Alexander-Arnold, Fede Valverde, Marc-André ter Stegen, Rodrygo, Nico Williams, and Jules Koundé, with salaries ranging between €300,000 and €320,000 per week.

The salary data underscores the financial power of La Liga’s leading clubs, with Real Madrid and Barcelona accounting for the majority of the league’s highest-paid players. Goalkeepers such as Thibaut Courtois (€288,462 weekly) and defenders including Antonio Rüdiger and Éder Militão also feature prominently, reflecting their importance in the clubs’ lineups.

Emerging stars and mid-level earners such as Marcus Rashford, Dani Olmo, Camavinga, Pedri, Tchouaméni, Ronald Araújo, and Julián Álvarez round out the top 25, earning between €12.5 million and €14 million annually.

The list highlights both the financial investment in established superstars and the growing trend of rewarding young talents in La Liga, maintaining the league’s reputation as one of Europe’s most lucrative football competitions.
